Human Rights

Human rights are a set of fundamental moral principles or norms that describe certain standards of human behavior and are often enshrined in law and international treaties. These rights are considered inherent to all human beings, irrespective of nationality, sex, ethnicity, race, language, religion, or any other status. They encompass a broad range of rights, including the right to life, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to privacy, and the right to equality and non-discrimination. Human rights aim to protect individuals’ dignity and worth and promote justice, peace, and tolerance in societies. They serve as a framework for addressing grievances and hold governments and institutions accountable for their treatment of individuals.
